Search and export tickets
Print and PDF export use whatever is currently shown, so use the search and filter to pick tickets. Cancelled tickets are skipped. Use the ZIP to send each guest their own PDF, or the PDF button on a single ticket.

Every scan is checked against the server, so all gates share one list.
Archive and reset
Saves a backup copy on the server, then deletes all tickets and restarts numbering at 0001. Tickets from the old event stop working, even if you reuse the same code. Your image and layout are kept; the date/venue line is cleared.

Every phone or computer that signs in appears here with a random ID. Give each one a name, such as "Gate 1 phone", and the name replaces the ID everywhere in the activity log, including past entries.
